INFRASTRUCTURE

Modern manufacturing is not just about machines — it's about precision-driven processes, quality control at every stage, and a deep understanding of customer requirements. Our production infrastructure brings together casting, machining, laboratory analysis, and packaging into a single, integrated technological ecosystem. We have built an environment where every component — from metal analysis to final shipment — is managed with uncompromising attention to detail and excellence.

Foundry

Our fully integrated foundry spans over 9,200 sq. ft., designed to support high-volume and precision casting operations.

It houses two state-of-the-art medium-frequency induction furnaces — a 580 kW dual-track model with two crucibles, and a 770 kW tri-track version equipped with three crucibles, offering flexibility for batch and continuous melting.

A dedicated raw material storage zone of 1,650 sq. ft. ensures systematic handling of alloys and additives.

With a monthly melting capacity of 850 tons, our foundry is built for scale, speed, and consistency.

Precision Machining Workshop

Our in-house machining facility spans over 14,000 sq. ft., supporting every stage from rough machining to final finishing under one roof.

The workshop is equipped with CNC vertical turning lathes, CNC boring and turning centers, hydraulic auto-honing machines, plateau honing systems, and centerless grinders — all networked for optimized throughput and precision.

This infrastructure enables tight in-process and final tolerance control, ensuring every component meets the most demanding specifications.

Metallurgical & Chemical Laboratory

A fully operational wet laboratory is in place to conduct chemical composition analysis of raw materials — including carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, sulfur, and phosphorus.

The lab also features a metallurgical microscope with digital imaging software, allowing for detailed structural evaluations based on client requirements, ensuring that every casting meets exact metallurgical standards.

Inspection & Metrology

Every cylinder liner undergoes multi-stage inspection throughout the machining process, from initial casting to final product release.

We combine online QA systems with offline metrology to ensure compliance at every checkpoint. Key equipment includes:

  • Contour graphing machines for profile accuracy
  • Mitutoyo digital measuring tools with graphical output
  • Roundness testers for cylindricity and concentricity verification
  • Renishaw Equator systems for checking tight-tolerance dimensions

Packaging & Final Dispatch

Our 2,900 sq. ft. packaging and storage unit handles all post-production operations with integrated lifting and handling systems.

Before packing, liners and sleeves are thoroughly cleaned using specialized machinery.

Finished components are treated with VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) oils, sealed in VCI protective bags, and packed in durable corrugated containers, tailored to customer specifications for safe, moisture-free global transport.
